On bench and row is it ok to do heavy on both monday and friday, or is this too much work for the muscle groups?
It says to go light or something on the friday, but monday is pyramid sets and friday is with the same weight all 5 sets so it's hard to guage what is light as you have different target weights.
For example, on monday I pyramided my bench sets up to 140.
Today, friday, I am planning on doing 5x5 of 130, which should be about the same difficulty as mondays bench sets.
Should that last set of 5 really be 3 reps of 145 since on monday i will be pyramiding to 145?
