Sorry, but this sounds like a piss-poor idea. get to a doctor. By self-medicating, you are setting yourself up for some serious issues. JMHO.
I am not doing this by myself.. I am not "self medicating" I have someone in my corner who knows what they're doing

A doctor?

I am not trying to be bitchy AT ALL .... but if you already have a past history of thyroid disorders, it is a really bad idea to self-medicate (which is what you are doing if you are not seeking a doctor's opinion and bloodwork on this matter). Especially without the requisite bloodwork to see if that IS the problem.

I did lose some inches, but I want to see the weight on the scale coming down as well .. I am starting tomorrow with his diet plan.. we still dont know if my thyroid is an issue or not, so weight loss might be slow process or fast process..


This is my meal plan starting tomorrow 04.20.07

Meal 1

5 oz. Chicken

Meal 3
4 oz. Sweet Potato
4 Eggwhites, 1 Yolk

Meal 4
5 oz. Lean Ground Beef

Meal 5

Meal 6
1.25 Whey Protein

** I can switch the protein options around as long as I keep Ground Beef to once a day only ***

** I still keep Saturday's cheat meal **

This is a healthier diet, IMO. I'm glad you switched up. Daiy Girl is just voicing her concerns - no one wants you to damage that body you've been working so hard on. please, just keep her word in the back of your head and proceed with caution, kay?

I'm hungrier with this diet than the "no carbs" one ..
I am not going to hurt myself with the cynomel... I promise :)

Got measured today .. I lost 3.75 inches total for the week
Total inches lost from 04/18/07 - 04/26/07 = 7.75 inches ..
