I got measured today.. I lost 1/2 an inch in arms from last week, I also lost 2.5 inches in waist from last week.. my weight did not drop at ALL!!! I lost 5 lbs so far since I started dieting.. since March 14'th

I had a minor thyroid issue few years ago.. my doctor had me on some thyroid medication for few months, did my blood work again after being on the medication for few months, everything was perfect and cut me off from the medication.. I don't know if my thyroid is now messed up again .. I am getting ready of getting some cynomel and see how it works

I got the job today!! great hours, and the boss seems to be very nice :)
 
Tomorrow will be 100 days to go till the USA's and like I mentioned before, I want to lose as much as weight by then.. I started dieting March 15'th and only lost 5 lbs ... I did lose some inches, but I want to see the weight on the scale coming down as well .. I followed the diet that has worked for me in the past, and I dont know if its my thyroid thats messed up or its the diet not working for me this time.. so, I am in the process of getting some cynomel for my thyroid and since my fiance has helped many people lose hundreds and hundreds of pounds, I finally decided to listen to him and have him give me a meal plan along with my training, cardio, supplements.. I am starting tomorrow with his diet plan.. we still dont know if my thyroid is an issue or not, so weight loss might be slow process or fast process..


This is my meal plan starting tomorrow 04.20.07

4 oz. Sweet Potato
4 Eggwhites, 1 Yolk

** I can switch the protein options around as long as I keep Ground Beef to once a day only ***

So you are self-medicating - AND you have a past thyroid issue?

Sorry, but this sounds like a piss-poor idea. get to a doctor. By self-medicating, you are setting yourself up for some serious issues. JMHO.
