Ive started my 8 week Anavar+clen+t3 cycle. Im 1 week in.
20mcg clen building my way up to 40
My goal is first to loose the weight, my goal weight is 65kg.
Would be nice to have some toned muscles too at the end of it.
Im on a high protein diet 1400calories a day
Try to eat as clean as i posible can, but wont beat myself up as long as i stick to 1400
I use Lifesum to log my food
122g protein per day
I lift 5times a week
And also getting my 10.000 steps in everyday
I workout in the morning before breakfast, also walking to the gym for 20min cardio in the morning
Wont drink on this cycle!
My problem is the weight, ive been working out for years so i have some muscle. But my body loves to keep all the fat on tight!
Think my body is an endomorph haha!
I am determined, have lots of motivation i am ready to slay this cycle!
Please help guide me!
