Actually I just started seeing a new girl and I really like her. If things work out I won't being fucking tons of other girls.

Not our lovely little aggie girls... they are all virgins. Its a conservative school. LoL

Seriously though, yes, even Tuc could go out here, and and pic up a 9 or 10 to take home by midnight. The girls here definately like to party.... and a large number of them do seem to like love muscle.

Agreed. Primo is very weak, however due to the lack of side effects, adding it to yoru stack is an excellent method of slightly increasing the overall anabolic effect of your stack without increasing side effects. IF one can afford it, it can be a worthy addition to any stack. The same could be said for anavar, although the fact that it is 17aa one still has the toxicity issue (athough alot of guys are reporting no signifigant elevation in their liver enzymeson anavar only cycles... food for though), and the fact that it is still has a negative effect on one's lipid profiles.

I've used primo/winstrol before for a cutting cycle and got excellent results on low doses.

Houston and Dallas are not bad. Are you in H-town right now? I'm there at least 3 times a month. I'm goign to be there friday and saturday night, but will not be free to meet new peeps. I've got a new girl I am seeing with me and so not good timing.

Unfortunately, I am not in Texas anymore. I live in Hong Kong and travel frequently throughout the Asia Pacific due to business. My family in Houston lives in the River Oaks and Memorial districts.

I visit every year so we should meet up sometime when it's convenient for both of us and grab a bite to eat. I wish I could chow down on some Luther's BBQ or even Whataburger right now. LOL

Over a 3 month period I lost 5-6% bodyfat and actually gained noticable muscle mass in the before and after pics. Didn't use any juice or supps (other than whey protein). Used a high protein - high carb diet without a single cheat day so it can be done.

Obviously Diet is the key ingredient here butwhat drugs that would help prevent catabolism? Maybe a 2 on 2 off cycle of clen with Winny, Tren and Test Prop in the mix for 6 weeks to obtain this goal work?

I would like to know how many of you all have dropped taht much BF%'s and not lost any muscle in the process and what steps you took to do that...

I have an ectomorph body structure so losing weight won't be a problem for me, but I want to keep as much muscle as possible in the process.

im officially waterlogged from this morning refeed lol. i have not lost a pound in 2 weeks thanks to primo/winny. my waist on the other hand is shrinkng by the day
 
one thing everyone is overlooking in this equation is how much muscle mass you carry. If say you are 50lbs or more over your natural limit, then you are not going to lose 1% per week of fat with no muscle loss, its too hard to maintain that kind of muscle during the best of times. And you guaranteed are not going to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, if you are carrying the same kind of mass as someone like quadsweep, it just aint gonna happen
 
In the last 5 weeks I dropped from 13.4% down to 10.2% as a result of following a clean diet (high protein/low carbs) & some T-Rrex (no cardio). I did this with no AAS (just finished up my last cycle 3 months ago). Unfortunately I did end up losing some LBM, I'm down around 6-7lbs which kinda sucks. In the future I don't think I will dieting a la natural anymore, too costly on muscle.
 
Let me guess: You got a cruise in two weeks and want to look good for the chicks.

2.) you spent all winter getting to be a fatass now you want to cut down for the chicks

3.) you are cutting for spring break
