12% to 7% BF in 4-6 weeks NO MUSCLE LOSS

Yeah anybody with good genetics can get results...
I even think about dieting and I loose muscle and no I know how to do it properly
Many people with good genetic always attribute it to the hard work which is not always the case or only half the story

That is my point here , DIET is the KEY to maintain or even increase your LBM when trying to lose bodyfat ( even if it is to 12 % to 7 % in 6 weeks) , drugs will help of course , but they are not a miracle and you don't need 4 g of AAS a week to maintain your LBM even on a very hypocaloric diet .

I read it. You did not read mine. We are talking abotu a reasonably sized individual doing this IN 5 WEEKS without losing lean body mass. We have been talking about you and your posts outside the open forum, and I've already been told you are an idiot ho knows nothing about diet or steroids, will not listen to any advice given, and will just argue. That I should not bother. I was hoping to prove them wrong. Guess I lose. Don't bother replying to this. Just put up your bofore and after pictrues when done. Bye.
 
I can drop 1.5%BF/week using 200mg DNP/day and a clan diet.


Add Tren/Test/Proviron/Winstrol + 100mcg T3...and you "might" get to 2lbs fat/week

But you will lose muscle. Unless you add Halo before workouts.

But that's insano-stack-of-the-year-award. :)

I speak from real life experience and I am always trying to learn. I am about to start a serious cycle in august - September, and you will be the first one to receive the before and after pictures. You will probably say: "WOW, this is some transformation, can you please share your cycle, training and diet program please?"

And then, I will give you a word that starts with letter "F ".

Primo is too weak an AAS when you do HIT cardio like soccer. But for everyday cycle use it's quite good.

Almost no sides(Just the injections can be sometimes painful), good anabolic, almsot xero androgenicity....and works at moderate dosages stacked with test or/Var/ or EQ witha clean diet. 400mg/week is enough.

I prefer Var though. Easier to administer if you travel.

I am a bit confused right now. You made a very valid and justifable theory on gaining muscle while on a Hypocaloric diet (hypertrophy, nitrogen retention and protein bioavailability). It made perfect sense. The issues of cortisol, keto acids and insulin were also addressed by Huck. Now some may argue that the previously discussed theory only applies to people with a training age of a short period of time (beginers), but the theory should apply to everyone as long as the factors and controls mentioned on the other thread are in place. Shouldn't it?

I'm not looking to start an argument but only looking for some clarification as your valued input and contributions are always appreciated.

Could you please summarize things if possible?
