But it would be so thick I'd have to pass on the next meal. Kinda defeats the purpose.
Look, anything is just protein fat and carbs. When someone says they want 400 calories it isn't like one thing will have more than other. (Unless it has more fat or it's a bigger portion). BIG BLAST also contains creatine, NO2 and super plasma protein which all add additional weight. And it isn't filling. That's the point. Otherwise, you might as well have a hamburger and a milkshake.
And why are people complaining it's so expensive? It's like 2 bucks more a pound than some GNC crap.
If you're paying half for something that is a quarter as effective, you aren't saving any money, you're wasting it.
It's really not that thick if you add water to thin it out to your liking. The flavor still remains just as good. It's easy to drink, tastes great and has the calories.
You can get a great whey isolate for $8-9 per pound that has 27 grams of protein per 30 grams scoop, 1 cup of oats, and milk.
That doesn't come close to $14/lb that big blast costs @ 6 servings per pound.
If you have the money for Big Blast, then I'd totally go for it.
But we are looking for full on weight gainers. Weight gain means calories, not total quality of product.
I would only use Bg Blast for post-workout. Nobody, except the well-off, is going to use it 2-3x per day when it costs as much as it does.
As far as feeling full, just down 16oz of water 45 mintues after drinking it, and it will clean your stomach right out and ready for the next full meal.
