Mid week update

Have introduced SCS blend Tren a and NPP .4ml eod and have split my test e doses to align with eod injections, still same dose with the HGH. And also a Nexus Protein water, not sure how they compare to the whey proteins and that but thought I’d try it.

Have felt an old gyno lump flare, not sure if it’s tren a or NPP (first time with both those compounds) SCS is sending out some Arimidex to help.

Workout Monday
1.5k walk first up
1min plank
Hammer curls 10kg - 12x3
Concentrated dumbbell curls 10kg - 12x3
EZY bar close grip curls 10kg - 10x3
Dips on a seat 15x4
Over head tri extensions 10kg - 8x3

Tuesday
All cardio
3k walk
5 min row machine then work interrupted

Today
Work still stuffed me up but managed
1k walk
20 push ups x3
15 dips x 3
Plank 1min x 2

Hgh has been perfect with the sleep I can get! Wish I was on it ages ago.
be careful with that gyno man. might want to get it checked out @Titties sometimes running multiple compounds makes it hard to figure it out

@Titties Good job on the core training. It really does make a difference. I got a lot of love for the push-ups. That is pretty good. Doing 60 of them.
