Mid week update,
Started hgh 2ui every night from Monday
Test e 250 every Monday and Tren e 100, will up them slowly.
Shoulder has been good I can now do 12x3 sets of push ups, last workout was below
The push up mentioned above
Dumbbell hammer curl 10x3 12kg
EZY bar close grip curls 10x3 15kg
Bend over rows 10x3 15kg
Didn’t want to over do it with the shoulder
So only did overhead tricep extensions 8x3 10kg
Then my cardio 1.5k walk
