Saw physio this morning in regards to my hip, time for a MRI, pain is still there, BPC/TB500 doing its thing heaviest ive squatted in sometime im progressing but still in some pain...... doctors booked tomorrow for a MRI referral
Hopefully the hip is just bad tendonitis. Maybe start using deca or NPP to get through the pain?
