Check in done this morning body weight 102.7, 300grams off the heaviest and biggest I've personally been..
Coach was happy and stoked since every variable has been on point, we are 7kg up in 7 weeks...
will touch 103 next week God willing !!!!
Training is going well, weights going up. Bench is flying which is a plus! Hips feeling better during squats Thanks bpc/tb500!! and to my physio who over chargers me every second week....love ya mate!
