Check in done this morning body weight 102.7, 300grams off the heaviest and biggest I've personally been..
Coach was happy and stoked since every variable has been on point, we are 7kg up in 7 weeks...
will touch 103 next week God willing !!!!
Training is going well, weights going up. Bench is flying which is a plus! Hips feeling better during squats Thanks bpc/tb500!! and to my physio who over chargers me every second week....love ya mate! :ROFLMAO:..

Deca is the best, always will be but had some issues with anxiety and anger last blast ( weak excuse ) yet factual.. the strength is nice and the nice big hard dense feel is also very cool yet can't run it for to long lol πŸ˜„

Gp couldn't bulk bill mri only ultrasound so booking made for Saturday
Hopefully the hip is just bad tendonitis. Maybe start using deca or NPP to get through the pain?
