Scap Push Ups 2x12-15



Day 4 Secondary upper day
Seated Overhead Press 4x6 62.5
DB Decline Press 3x8 30
Chest Supported Row 4x8730kg each side full ROM with straps
Rear Delt Fly 3x12 7.5kg
ARMS Superset - bicep/tricep 4x12 cables cant recall weights.

Didn't push things today as it's deload and my front right delt is screaming at me everytime I do a Overhead movement

Day 1 Squats
SB Squats 4x4 120kg played with some a training partners squat shoes rather than elevated heels with a plate, felt very good comfortable with good drive through the lift
will purchase some TYR Squats shoes shortly loved them.

bpc157 and tb500 shot @ 500mcg eod makes a difference with inflammation, hips feeling better slowly creeping!
