hi there,
my stats are as of this time:
Age 21
Weight : 72Kgs
Bf - 13

i have had a rough couple of months , moving house, debt solutions, motivation, no transport.

Im finally in a great posistion to get the results i wanted originally.

My question is simply :

I want to be around 85 kgs, (13kgs - 2 stone heavier) not nessercerliry all muscle btw)
i was wondering in all accounts this is right .
My MMR (masal metabolic rate) is around 1800, i am a very active person due to walking to work everyday, and a constant shift of warehouse work picking and packing, never get to sit down except for breaks, im burning a few cals here, in just a daily basis.
so if im just eating loads or as much as i can this will gain fat yes, but alot of protein in my diet, so will it automatically build muscle?
I only ask because weight training is only going to burn more cals , and as science says , you must eat more cals than you burn in ordeer to gain weight .
