most of the nutritonal info is on a certain amount of food say 4oz so if you are watching closely you would want to weigh the amount you are going to injest
I write down all the Ingredients & amount that I put in the meal, than calculate the caloric intake. You can get one of those charts that tell you how many calories each food is carb/fat/pro.
I had the same question. When I make chicken I'll weigh out 3 breast which is usually 24oz for 2 meals but when I'm done microwaving them they weigh about 15oz.
