Training volume "ON" vs. "OFF"

Just curious what your training volume/frequency/splits look like on cycle vs. when you go off.

Post up everyone!
 
I keep my split the same usually something like this... rotates every two weeks

Day 1 Chest/abs
Day2 Back/calves ( id do fuckall for calves as there already too big lol)
Day3 Triceps (weak point)
Day4 Abs/Rest/ Light Cardio
Day5 Shoulders/Biceps
Day 6 Quads/Hams
Day7 Rest/Sauna/Massage

Occosionally il do chest/tris, back/bis/ shoulders/calves, quads/hams split

Volume Off cycle I drop 1 maybe 2 sets per exercise depending on how I feel
 
4 on 1 off. Hitting the first two days body parts twice and then it rotates the following with with the other two, etc.

Usually, 2 on 1 off when off.
 
ditto of course the weights are gonna drop a bit once you come off but all my workouts are the same intensity
