If you are natural you don't really lose weight during a hiatus. What suck the most is the strenght lose, I usually lose about 5-10 lbs in my bench if I stopped working out 2+ weeks.
If you are juicing and take a break for a week or more during your cycle, be ready for some drastic weight lose.
