Anyone know about a website with feedback, reviews or benchmarks related to these "Home" Ab Machines? I wanna get one for those days that iI don't have enough time to train ABS in the gym. But I'd like to know if any of these advertised machines on TV actually works..Thanks!
you don't need them especially if you can do crunches or sit-ups right at home, but I guess you do get tired and bored of doing them...I think ab machines do work, but you just don't need them
