When would be the best time to incorporate Fina into this cycle?

Plus arimidex and all other supplements. When should I incorporate Fina into this cycle?

I would use it the first 2-4wks. This would be to get a kickstart on your cycle, and give you time to either harden up a bit or get your diet in order. My .02.

Personally, I would run it weeks 1-6. The fina will kick in quicker than the EQ or enanthate. I also like the idea of running the EQ a bit longer than the others to help solitify your gains. The test and fina will shut you down hard, so I personally wouldn't want to come off all these drugs at once. The EQ isn't as harsh on your natural levels and will continue working in your system for 2-3 weeks after your last injection. Maybe I'm way off, but that's my school of thinking.
