when and how much Creatine?

When I take it pre WO, it's usaully 30 to 45 mins before, you'll feel it around that time.

The creaitne cycle should be one month on, 1/2 to 1 month off.

Definately increase you water intake while taking creatine.
 
I found caps at whole food. No taste! CreaPure caps. 200 1 mg caps so 5 mg per workout this should last for 40 workouts.

I have been dieting the past 3 weeks and I've lost about 7 lbs., I've been able to watch the weight steadily decrease on the scale, but I started taking creatine yesterday so I know I'm screwed because the water retention is gonna make the scale go nuts up and down, for the next month it will be all guessing if I'm actually losing weight or not.

I'm taking it because it is supposed to increase muscular endurance and my energy is really lagging during workouts while dieting.. I'm also not getting much of a pump at all and I guess it's supposed to help that too?
 
Since you are taking it already, you might as well bust your results by adding 10 -15 grams of ribose and g- plenish. IMO. I have read a few articles recently that suggest this, plus I am getting good results from this combo.
