I have been dieting the past 3 weeks and I've lost about 7 lbs., I've been able to watch the weight steadily decrease on the scale, but I started taking creatine yesterday so I know I'm screwed because the water retention is gonna make the scale go nuts up and down, for the next month it will be all guessing if I'm actually losing weight or not.
I'm taking it because it is supposed to increase muscular endurance and my energy is really lagging during workouts while dieting.. I'm also not getting much of a pump at all and I guess it's supposed to help that too?
