Holding a bit of water (noticed it in the ankles), but nothing in the hands and no tingling in the arms, so will keep things as they are and wait for water to steady up.
EQ is front loaded for week one. Back to 210mg from next week onwards.
 
Session:
Week 1 - Full Body (Back/Biceps Focus)

Full body session with a strong focus on back, biceps, forearms, and posterior chain. Movements included seated single-arm rows, pulldowns, underhand barbell rows, EZ bar curls, reverse curls, stiff-legged deadlifts, and leg press calf raises. Pump came on very early, and strength was feeling good across the session. Everything felt like it was firing nicely.

Cardio:
15 minute walk at lunch.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout: Purple Reign, Disorder, Pump Juice (Raspberry), Acetyl-L Carnitine.
Intra-workout: Pump Juice (Raspberry), Vitargo, creatine monohydrate.

Good increase in food intake today, digestive system handled it well. Photos of meals 1 and 2 attached.

Recovery:
7 hours 25 minutes of sleep. Quality has been consistently high the last few nights, waking up early and feeling refreshed. No excessive DOMS and recovery continues to be reliable.

Current PEDs:
Test E: 437.5mg/week
EQ: 800mg frontloaded this week only, dropping to 210mg/week moving forward
NPP: 210mg/week
GH: 5 IU/day

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
None noted. No injection today, next one is scheduled for tomorrow. No site issues from yesterday.

Frontloading EQ this week.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 106.1kg (likely up from GH increase and post-illness fluid retention). Strength is trending up.

General Comments:
Strong return to form post-sickness. Body is responding well to food, training, and supplementation. Energy was high and everything clicked in today’s session. Will continue to monitor recovery and sleep quality.

Seem to be over the sickness that took me out of action on Friday, so will be kicking things off as planned. Only caused issues for me for a bit less than 24 hours, so I’m thinking I got off lucky considering the kids and missus were about 3-4 days with bad symptoms before it got me.
Pins and supplements for the week all sorted and ready to go.

Yeah the plan is to have it be 30 minutes for at least 5 days a week. I usually get 30-60 minutes of cardio on Saturday and Sunday.

7+ hours of sleep is on point. test and EQ are amazing together. @hypogaeum gh is a strong dose, i like the cycle you should grow nice
