Another good week, definitely leaning up some more, weight was up 400 grams but could be due to different scales or the other compounds going in this week so not too phased by that, overall look I’m happy with.
Dropping cals a bit just taking out around 30 carb daily have also added some more cardio so expect to be a bit leaner next week again.
