True hardgainer seeks advice

For the past 2 months my intake have been as follows
300g protein
320g carb (100g simple)
120g fat (mostly from nuts)
water 100-120ozs daily
I train 4 days split each week.
Large muscle groups get 4 sets 6-8 reps 4 exercises per
arms get 3 sets 8-10 reps 2 exercises per
Mostly compound movements including
Squats, Deadlifts, Bent Row, close grip bench, pull downs, etc:
I'm an ectomorph 5' 9" 168lbs. I haven't gained a pound.
Any advice?
 
Add 500 calories to your diet every two weeks in the ratios that you have already established. You will grow, you just simply arn't eating enough. Keep adding 500 cals every two weeks until you have to buy new clothes.
 
I agree you need to eat like a horse. there is nothing like too much food as long as it is good and not doritoes or something. Are you changing up your exercises? You need to change your routine about every 4-6 weeks, if you are not then you are defeating the purpose. What is you workout schedule? Do you change it up regularly? If you hit the same exersise every few days and never change then you will not overcome the plateu.

I too was once a plateu person, but before I hit the juice I was able to gain an extra 18 lbs by changing my diet and especially rotating workouts about every 6 weeks.

How are you eating? 3 square a day? if so it needs to be at least 6 meals a day and protein right away in the morning.
 
I eat every 3 hours starting at 8:30
I rotate between solids and supplements such as whey and and weightgainer powder. I try to increase my weight by at least 5lbs every 2 weeks and I never perform the exact workout twice rather it's changing weight, reps, sets or exercise. I do supplement creatine already and I been using equibolan, masteron and genedge alternatives. Haven't tried the hardcore stuff, but I'm gearing up to try it
