O.k. I think I carbed up a bit much yesterday so instead of doing my third carb up day... I'm going to try and do 4 low-carb days.... If I get a little lethargic I'll add a potato in.

I didn't get my arms in yesterday so I did them today...
Shadow what was the supplement you said that was similar to NO2 but much cheaper? Do you mind if I start taking that? I took NO2 today for a test run
( I had some left over) and it made a HUGE difference. It kicked my arm work-out up to a whole nother notch. I normally do 15 pounds on my dumbell alternating curls and I was doing 20 easily. Well my left arm is still dragging behind so I was doing some extra reps trying to get it built up. My left arm looks, and is much weaker then my right arm. Also, I felt the pumps from the NO2 and it felt really good. I felt like tearing someones head off

I have noticed a huge difference in my arms since I started thsi program. I know I actually took a picture from day one of just my arm flexed I should take one today just to see if you can see what I can see. O.k. I will and I will post them to my gallery.
