2nd Deadlift session this week in the books. Just going easy and putting in the effort somewhat. Have lowered dosages down from 1000mg Sustanon to 375mg Sustanon and down from 750 Deca to 375mg Deca. Also still using 150-200mg EQ. Will lower doses again next week to 250mg Sustanon, 150mg Deca, and 150mg EQ for remainder of the year. No reason to be on a big cycle now that I am going to be lifting much lighter than I normally do. Not going to gain anything from it. Ok everyone have a good week and get Strong AF!!!

Doesn't bother it. It's only pushing movements that I can't do. I've gone through this before. Dr said if it doesn't hurt go ahead and do it if I want. Besides I've lowered my weights to lift light like a bodybuilder. 100 lbs less on rows and shrugs. Not going to failure either. I'm basically lifting light imo.
