This prop shot is starting to worry me a bit

you probably hit a nerve. i had a delt injection swell up like a baseball once. wasn't able to move the arm much for a couple days.

normal. if it was an abcess you'd know it.

so u hit a nerve? if i did in fact hit a nerve should i rush to a doc now or pretty much have to wait it out?

wait it out. The oil may even be putting pressure on the nerve. It will dissipate and heal. You’ll be fine.

Hi

I took the shot monday night, both shots in my tris

one side is perfectly fine now

the other i can barely lift my arm, and the spot where i shot has a lump still but slowly going away.

Im worried about not being able to move my arm much, this was no problem the first few days, i have like pain in my delt now.

Anyone can shed some light please?

So, it's been about 5 days +/-, is the site red/swelling, is it getting worse or better? (pain and redness)

I'm pretty sure I've "brushed" a nerve before in my leg, and you're right, it hurts like a bitch for a long time. Plus, I was front-loading Prop. Not fun times...

But, it went away eventually (and I learned something). I would say if it swells, becomes numb, develops a rash, abcess or discolors go see a doctor asap. But, if it's just "sore" give it a few more days before you jump to conclusions.

were i shot is getting a bit better daily

but my shoulder pain is bad

no swelling redness

I've had the "moving pain" thing happen myself with prop on a couple of occasions. I shot my delt and eventually over a few days the pain in my delt would subside but move down to lower parts of my arm. Weird.
