I'm willing to let the wrap slide because the knurling on some bars can tear your skin up. But everything else was just blech and potentially damaging. She keeps that shit up she's gonna be lining up for knee surgery in the not too distant future.
 
the neck pad is ok unless she is working out neck. But those are definitely not squats.

If she can move 225 for that many partials, I expect she could legitimately squat that weight for maybe a set of 10. Would have been much more impressed by a full set of far less reps.
 
The neck tampon is never OK.

LOL ok as a woman who can squat big weight, I fully endorse the barbell feminine napkin. We have far bonier upper backs and the discomfort of that weight distracts from the movement. You don't realize how much padding your rhombs and traps are providing you.

Thank you for noticing my massive yoke. Yes my traps and rhombs are huge and a good source of padding. As a matter of fact, they are so big an beautiful I turn myself on in the 3 way mirror. Actually, every time I reach over my shoulder to scratch my back, I get aroused.

Try squatting that bar bareback. If it has nice center knurling like a Texas Power Bar, you will eventually develop a wonderful callous there that most guys will find incredibly sexy. Plus you get the added benefit of not needing that pad anymore.

I stopped that video half way through because it was pathetic. Than I lol'd when I saw two pages of everyone tearing it apart. The poster has not been back yet. I really want to know what his thinking of posting this was?
