Shoulder Bursitis Treatments

Hi All,

I'm new to the forum so forgive me it this has been asked previously.

I'm a 50yo male who has had chronic shoulder bursitis for about 10 months now.

I've been training constantly for about 10 years at the gym and am pretty sure i did this when I started using kettlebells about 12 months ago.

I have tried BPC157 & TB500 both individually and as a mixture.

These didn't help with my bursitis but most definitely had a positive impact on some other nagging aches, pins and injuries.

I have recently had a cortisone injection about 4 weeks ago that has helped a lot but the bursitis still persists.

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar injury and can advise an effective treatment stack or anything to get past this.

Cheers

welcome to EF bro
@Loveweed how much weed you smoke lol? ;)

if you want us to help you for real we need your log up bro 10min of your time

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Please click the anabolic forum
top RIGHT, you see: +POST THREAD
click that

in Title: write your cycle name, like> My _____ Cycle Log
___ = the name of your log
example: My recovery cycle Log
in body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training and we will help you along on your cycle

here are examples of LOG Journals

Not good .. I tryed everything when I had bursitis in both my shoulders .. cortisone injections were useless ! The only thing that gave me relief at the end of the day was stopping the weights 🫩

I got so bad I couldn’t pick my coffee cup up in the morning from it ! No weights for many many months and just doing cardio . Then when I finally started I had to re-train myself to lift weights completely different!

It’s a complete head fuck of a situation to be in mate and there really is no quick fix unfortunately as I’m sure you have done your google research yourself

my right shoulder was partially torn about 12 years ago. it didn't need surgery but i was told i would if i kept lifting heavy so had to quit powerlifting. its been off/on for years since. my advice is lots of bpc into the shoulder, improving mobility/flexibility and avoiding things that put pressure on the shoulder

Thanks mate,

It really is a head fuck. I have completely stopped lifting for now and its doing my head in.

My physio told me it could take up to 12 months to settle.

Appreciate your insight.

Cheers

Bros, I definitely would carpet bomb your shoulder with these healing peptides. They can really make a difference.
