Hi All,
I'm new to the forum so forgive me it this has been asked previously.
I'm a 50yo male who has had chronic shoulder bursitis for about 10 months now.
I've been training constantly for about 10 years at the gym and am pretty sure i did this when I started using kettlebells about 12 months ago.
I have tried BPC157 & TB500 both individually and as a mixture.
These didn't help with my bursitis but most definitely had a positive impact on some other nagging aches, pins and injuries.
I have recently had a cortisone injection about 4 weeks ago that has helped a lot but the bursitis still persists.
Just wondering if anyone has had a similar injury and can advise an effective treatment stack or anything to get past this.
Cheers
