I can either have back surgery or become a pain pill addict. The shit has become almost unbearable, I am in constant pain and I totally stopped fucking with the pain meds cause Hydros are the fucking bomb, but I have started using them to get through shopping trips and family shit like Christmas and Thanksgiving. I'm sure I will have to use them to get around Disney this weekend. Do any of you guys know anything about this new type back surgery, where they put in the artificial disc? I do not trust doctors, because they are mostly shit eating low lifes, but they tell me if I have this miracle surgery, I can be back on my feet in a week. Plunkey I know you are connected to the field bro, what info can you give me, and anybody else who knows anything about this shit.

I'd get off the meds asap. My wife and her two younger sisters hate their father because he had a "back problem" but kept refusing to get the surgery. He didn't want to get the surgery because he was addicted to the meds. I can't even tell you the countless holidays and birthdays that were ruined by their dad because he was so fucked up on pain pills.

Il end my story there, but you're a father to some young impressive minds, you don't want to go down the same road as my father-in-law.

Good idea. Never jump into any surgery that quick, try to get as many 2nd opinions, research, testimonies, etc. as you can. Sometimes doctors will recommend something cuz that's all they know what to do. Definatley look up specialists. Even if it costs $200 for a consultation. Good luck.

You should modify your regimen. It doesn't mean you should take it easy or do any less, but you may need to do different exercises.

Doctors telling people to simply stop doing something doesn't work so well. It can be drugs, potato chips, lifting, MMA, cigarettes, etc. etc... but simply saying "don't do that" doesn't work.

You need to find something you like as much or better that doesn't load your lower back in a dangerous way. A good doctor will explore your new options instead of telling you what you can't do anymore.

I agree .modify your training regimine and take SARMS S-4,also add jello powder to your shakes. That would be my last resort before surgery
