see my 5 week precontest diet..is 10 grams of fat ok or i can lose muscle

hey im doin the 5 week precontest diet in 1 monnth after the regular diet i was given by nymuscle...here is the diet....given and used by bodybuilders ..and i want to kno if i can lose muscle while doing this along with cardio.......

Meal #1
6 egg whites
1/2 cup omelet type vegetables or ½ grapefruit, 4 strawberries)

Meal #2
Protein Drink: 2 scoops Muscle Provider, 3 strawberries, 12 oz water

Meal #3
5 ounces chicken or turkey breast (weighed prior to cooking)
2 cups salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, green peppers, etc.)
2 TBL Cider Vinegar and 1 tsp Sunflower Oil (or other vegetable oil)
for a dressing

Meal #4
6 oz can tuna, 2 egg whites, 1 small carrot or tomato

Meal #5
5 oz lean meat (chicken breast, turkey breast) or 6 oz Fish
1 cup vegetables (green leafy is best here – spinach, asparagus)

Meal #6
6 egg whites
1 cup veggies


Monday and Thursday: Eat in place of your 6th meal at the end of the day: 2 Servings Cream of Rice or 2/3cup cooked rice, 6 oz. sweet potato, 4 oz. banana, 1 cup vegetables, 2 tsp. butter or oil - no supplements with this meal

Wow - it's been about a week - I was waiting for her to come back and change her diet again
 
i asked a ? and would like an honest response..i just asked if this diet was dangerous despite the carb ups twice a week and low fat and low carbs?
 
i am going to give it a chance but was a bit worried b/c you need fat to burn fat and i will be doing alot of cardio....and 1 tsp of oil a day i think is low but up to you guys..should i buump the fat intake up a bit? i dont want muscle loss esp since i am doin cardio everyday
 
I did a diet veryy similar to this one last summer...and in a few weeks I dropped 3-4% bodyfat....but thats me...it works very well if you combine it with an ECA....and cardio about 5X a week on an empty stomach....just stick with it! You're not gonna see your abs overnight...have patience!
 
thanks pink but did u have ne carb ups and what was your total fat percentage a day? just 1 tsp of oil? what if i add more fat (since im doing cardio) along with the carbs ups..will it work?
 
I used a tbsp of flax seed oil with my breakfast...and some olive oil on my salad....thats pretty much where I got my good fats from....I never had a carb up day perse but I had a cheat meal once a week
