MissyD - I don't mean to be a bitch here but damnit, NYM took the time to write a diet for you that will work and here you are questioning it. WTF - why do you ask for help if you are not going to do exactly what you are told by folks who know what the hell they are talking about. It seems pretty fricking disrespectful of the knowlege of this board to repeatedly ask for help and then question the help that you get. Maybe you don't realize it but many foks pay big bucks for the kind of help that you are being given here for FREE!

My hubby just hired a pro to help him out at a rate of over $100 an hour!!!! Totally worth it but only if you follow what is being told to you. Otherwise, you are SOL!
