MissyD - I don't mean to be a bitch here but damnit, NYM took the time to write a diet for you that will work and here you are questioning it. WTF - why do you ask for help if you are not going to do exactly what you are told by folks who know what the hell they are talking about. It seems pretty fricking disrespectful of the knowlege of this board to repeatedly ask for help and then question the help that you get. Maybe you don't realize it but many foks pay big bucks for the kind of help that you are being given here for FREE!
 
missdy...... myself and many top notch bodybuilders have got ripped abs on just such a low fat diet. Don't worry about the theories, just do the diet and enjoy your new abs. It will be plenty of fat. Long term you need more fat (when you get to your maintenance diet), but for short term fat loss you will be fine. I promise.
 
thanks ms...its just temporary anyways..for like 6 or so weeks...but in the long run to keep bodyfat low what do u eat? i usually have high pro-180 and moderate fat like 30 grams....with low carbs--90grams...good for maintence...?im 130 llbs
