Sarge, check out Old Navy Extra Loose (or whatever they call their loosest fit) and Levi's 569s (regular or Silver Tab) for stuff with a good waist:leg/glute ratio (looks like T and I independently found the same jeans). Also, anyone interested in a pair of 34-32 Men's Express Non-Squatter jeans feel free to PM me with an offer. :rolleyes:

Perhaps I've overtrained it... since January it's been a focus... then I went to 2x week... destroying it up until before the 5x5... maybe needs a break? I love the way my pecs have came in..but they can't handle anymore :( ... or should I start using the pink weights?

135x8 (lol... almost forgot to do this, I put all my plates I had out had to re weight up and bang it out real quick :rolleyes: )

DB Flat Bench: 70's (140lbs) x 8 ... Figured I should do something cuz my Benching was plain sh1ty today.... 70's felt heavy, but could have gotten 10 or 12 reps.

Wait, where the hell did 5x8 on bench come from (I haven't had much time to check the forum lately)? :confused:

Are you really surprised you had nothing left in the tank after 24 reps?

Don't worry about the bench....you just overestimated.....I would still go with the plan for the heavy day, and then hit 8's in a week with more conservative poundages......if next week is a disaster, we can worry about it then.

lol... yeah, I didn't realize I'd be doing 40 reps total :rolleyes:

Back a page or two T and I discussed new bench layout... cuz I stalled.
