well... let's just say I hate high reps and the workout was sheer hell and exhausting... my longest break was 8 minutes and 32 seconds
HST 15RM "test" workout
~5:40-7:05pm
DB Bench: 50's x15, 65's x15, 70's x14
Barbell Rows: barx8, 95x15, 115x15 (at this point i was exhausted already, lol), 135x14
*Can't call them GP because I didn't deweight them... not with 15 reps, gat damn.
Sumo Pulls: 135x15, 185x8... exhausted... went to lay down, lol. SERIOUS conditioning issues.
DB OHP - seated: 35's x 15, 40's x15, 45's x15, 55's x 13 .. these went nicely. My breaks paid off.
BTN Lat Pull Down: 100x15, 120x15, 140x15* started using straps forearms too swoled and grip blown.
I supersetted:
Decline abs: bwx15, bwx10
Dips: bwx10, bwx8
Tricep press down: 60x15, 80x15, 100x15, 110x15
wide grip EZ barbell curl: 37x15, 57x15, 60x13
DB Shrugs: 100's x 15, 105's x 15, 115's x15
holy hell about sums up that slaughter... I think I was beat red and huffing and puffing most of the time, lol
Well, the workout was great in that ... for the first time in a long time i'm starving after a workout at least. Getting some red meat down right now...
