5:30-5:50pm

CARDIO: HIIT Step Mill for a 15 minute shower

good amount of stretching, but I will do a ton more tonight.

Maybe roller too.

I don't know much about HST, so I'm just going by what I remember from following along with journals. It seems like people started a bit light and then just made sure that they increased the weight enough so that the last session of the 15-rep phase was near failure.

But don't go by what I'm saying, since as I mentioned I haven't done any reading on HST; head over to the HST boards or at least look at some of the journals (G5.0 and Jim Ouini are in the sticky, and I think asdfzx did an HST run based on the "big lifts", too).

Awesome, thanks for pointing me to those threads... i've read a few pages deep in G5's so far... Tom/AI/L.T. surprized me, I guess i wasn't around then much though :) ... I hope he can pop in and help out when i start posting specifics about it.
