How is the new car? You need to "break it in" really soon! I'm thinking you should role by the local High School next week. hehehe..

It's a true gem, amazing condition. Though going to have it gone through next week and fully serviced to make sure it's all set. I may have to run some flow 40's through 2.5 pipe :evil: we'll see how that fits into my budget. K & N for sure, I've done that for all my vehicles.

:lmao: that'd bring back memories.

Dumb question, but, when you guys are talking about OHP, are you referring to standing military presses?

yes. Over Head Press. many variations fall under this category: push press, jerk, strict, etc.

my back is killing me. no more deads. even an extra day off didn't help.

quick review today's workout Week 9 Day2

t-bar row up to 4 plates + 5lb'er

cable low row, close grip: up to 180lbs (NEED to do these anyway.. my mid upper back is having issues... need to strengthen rhombodies)

Lat pull down: up to 190x8

cardio for 8 minutes, shins cramped up... streched them and got outa there.

1 set of decline crunches... went back for another... nope, stoopid back.
