t-bar row up to 4 plates + 5lb'er
cable low row, close grip: up to 180lbs (NEED to do these anyway.. my mid upper back is having issues... need to strengthen rhombodies)
Lat pull down: up to 190x8
cardio for 8 minutes, shins cramped up... streched them and got outa there.
1 set of decline crunches... went back for another... nope,
stoopid back.
