*haven't done these for a while. Almost dumped one of the reps there, glad it didn't tear out my rotator. I deff hit my noggen on the first set... just the bar thankfully, lol... I'll get my groove back in a few weeks. Note: Using a belt on the heavier sets as to avoid more waist thickness.
Seated DB OHP: 45's x8, 60's x5, 65's x5, 70's x5
DB Side Raises: 20's x8, 25's x8, 30's x8
Seated, Bent over DB Row (Posterior Delt): 25's for 10, 25's for 8*
* A la Shadow. Man those are hard, i could barely breathe with my chest on my legs... when i dropped the DB's it was like i was coming out of water for air, lol.
Decline Abs: +15x8, x8
Cardio: 8 minutes on the treadmill at 3.7
... I ate a bunch of shitty food yesterday and had a shitty food hangover this morning. Didn't eat enough though... weight not budging... damn, it's getting hard to get to over 230 mark consistanly, i'll start packing PB & J's too for this week like the Bigg T'ster. I am only 2 weeks back... once I start getting PR's again... it'll be easier to eat a lot too. My body will crave food and i'll be a eating machine.
Face isn't bloated one bit, so that's good... i'm not too fat
