Sunday - September 28

One arm deadlift from below knee: 225 x 1
Stiff legged GM's: 135 x 5, 185 x 5
Zercher Walk with 3" bar: 225 x 100 feet, 275 x 100 feet, 315 x 50 feet
Car Drag + Car Push: ~ 300 feet total
 
I was going through the earlier part of this thread and noticed that your older vids were up on a poly.edu server.

Do you go to Cal Poly??




p.s. those recent car towing vids were hilarious

Thursday - October 2

Stiff Leg Good mornings: 135 x 3 x 3
Squats: 135 x 5, 155 x 3, 185 x 3, 225 x 3, 245 x 3, 275 x 3, 295 x 3
Glute Ham Raise: bw x 5 on my own , bw x 5 assisted
One legged Hamstring Curl: 2 x 10
Hyperextension: bw x 10, +25 x 2 sets x 10
Decline BEnch Abs: 3 x 15
 
oh yea and some huge guy asked me for a spot on 225 x 10 shoulder press, and then told me he use to workout in a gym where Lou Ferigno use to workout, East 10 and Ave U In Brooklyn... he said that place looks like a dungeon now. Also said he never sees anyone squats in my gym, especially with more than 2 plates
 
Nice workout! I'm glad to see you're back in the game.

I have yet to perform a glute-ham raise on my own. Well, I don't have the bench - I just use the floor.

650 lb tire + 460 lb sled drag = ~ 2 minutes

Bike Toss = 4 feet lol


I have not updated this in a while because I am working really light, doing a lot of GM's, GHR's, high rep upper body work slowly building up to heavier weight. Also going to prepare for bench meet, so I'll update this more often.
