Stiff Legged, Narrow Stance, Below Parallel GM's
bar x 10
95 x 10-----
115 x 10---
135 x 4-------found my weakness finally and exercise to correct it

Squat - below parallel
225 x 2 sets x 10

Other:
Reverse Hyper: 2 x 15
Hyperextension: bw x 15, +10 x 15, + 25 x 15
Decline Bench Abs: bw x 20, +10 x 20, +10 x 10
 
ITs getting better thank you.... although doing squat and gms with one hand holding the bar was pretty tricky
 
I'm liking it bro. Dedication hitting those exercises with one hand!!!

The deep stiff-legged GMs you're doing are TORTURE...
