oh yea and some huge guy asked me for a spot on 225 x 10 shoulder press, and then told me he use to workout in a gym where Lou Ferigno use to workout, East 10 and Ave U In Brooklyn... he said that place looks like a dungeon now. Also said he never sees anyone squats in my gym, especially with more than 2 plates

I have not updated this in a while because I am working really light, doing a lot of GM's, GHR's, high rep upper body work slowly building up to heavier weight. Also going to prepare for bench meet, so I'll update this more often.
