Heavy Box Squats: 225 x 3, 275 x 2, 295 x 1

The squats video is here, I could have done 315 but form sucked..

Front Squat: 225 x 1 set x 5 reps

Romanian Deadlift: 135 x 5, 245 x 1 set x 6 reps

Hyperextension: bw x 10, +25 x 10, +50 x 10

Abs: Routine that zander gave me.. consisting of different leg raises

I had to hurry up because bunch of idiots wanted to curl in the power rack. They just stood there 2 feet away from me the whole time i was doing squats, staring, and I couldn't take any normal videos.

it is possible to do more than one of those? Im gona need to inject some codeine in my abs in order to do it more than once

Im loosing form on this exercise, gona drop back

Shrugs:135 x 20, 225 x 20, 315 x 10, 405 x 5, 315 x 12, 315 x almost killed my training partner

Cable Rows with U shaped bar: 100 x 10, 170 x 10, 250 x 6!!!

Face Pulls: blabla

Felt nauscious and dizzy, but nice Pr's even though body wasn't completely straight on militaries

Hammer Curls: 40 x 3 sets x 10,8,7 to failure
