Ohhh it's a NSCA conference. Also meeting up with a few people to train with and talk competition. Plus a day or 2 of mini vacation!

Just wanted to let y'all know that everyone's phone was jacked during the Arnold -- I tried to text/call Roony and nothing worked, so we didn't get to meetup either. And all the texts I tried to send and that were trying to come IN to my phone suddenly ALL came in or went out last night when I was back in Orlando -- 20 messages! I was like "Eeeeek!"

So don't feel too bad -- we all had phone issues this weekend.
Yeah mine doesn't like 2 work half the time!!

Appetite is totally diminished still. I was hungry almost sick on tread this a.m. now I have none!!! Staring at food like it should just get in my stomach! LOL
My Maple walnut coffee is going in smoothly though ;)

Getting application together for my massage national cert. So I can send it out and get scheduled for the exam. Have 2 massage workshops I’m looking at. One in May for movement therapy, one in June for stone massage. I will have more clients from stone, but the first one goes along with what I’m interested more in… so deciding what to do.
Stone is easy on me to apply to people, and actually they charge more for that?!?! I don’t understand.

I know I sure as hell would :heart: to see you ladies push that weight! And I'd :heart: more to see T up against a guy in the gym (or Bunz beatin' a guy... or Duck beatin' a guy...)

T, I was talkin' about you at dinner tonight -- it's still echoing in my head how you said food is no big deal to you anymore. I think my heart cried. :lmao: Someday I'll relate I'm sure - even if just for a short period of time.

Glad to see you workin' hard -- and I pulled my back today putting air in my tires, so MAN I wish you were nearby right now! :bigkiss:
