I'm good, just really busy 6 weeks out from my show so really busting my ass in the gym now :) I'm so excited to be on stage again.


How's everything going with you?
 
4/27:

Went to the ART guy today, young kid actually. He worked on my RC and surrounding areas for a bit. Then actually did some work on my left hip, since he could tell that my left leg (which is the side that I had my nerve issues and discectomy on) was less mobile and had less ROM than my right. Felt great, as usual.

Said I needed to work on strengthing the muscles around my shoulder blade and my mid back. Subscapularis and Serratus
