I'm new to this board. I work hard in the gym, have cycled in the past,plan to again.
I just bought some flax oil and need to know how much you guys use, I've been taking a spoonful in tha AM and one in the PM.
Also, since it has to be refrigerated, I was wondering if heat will affect it's properties, ie...adding to scrambled egg whites etc...

BTW...I am also a part time private chef so I may be able to throw some tips in..
