Yes i am, im taking some time off to balance out my shoulders, i just got an MRI (thought i tore a rotator), it showed significant muscle wear and tear but also showed a big imbalance.
Squating like a PL,
benching and back work like a BB (untill its healed up)
before i slowed it down
Bench (shirted) was 380ish with 3 chains each side
Squat was over 620 (havnt went for a max, but did single 480 off box WITH NO equipment...
Deadlift is always around my squat so 600 ish.....
