a distinct, sharp speedo/posing suit tan line outines the glutes and draws attention to these muscle groups in the back...in the front the v-shaped tan line draws one's attention to the good parts.
i weigh 188-189 and i bench 350 but far as my squat its crap cause i had a knee injury awhile back really hampered my squat never maxed out on dead lift
good point here, im glad u mentioned this, i always feel my chest was lagging behind....i have really added some size....
i train like a powerlifter, for strengh....so size was never my concern...i always wanted to be strong and look good as a side....
my rep range for most my lifts are 3-5reps. Since my shoulder injury, (which is slowly healing) i have stepped my upperbody into split days. I never did split days before so i know i WILL GROW, and QUICKLY too.
But thin? what makes me look thin? Just wondering.....
Oh and i would love to see a pic of you, and tell me what condition you are in, and then ill be able to tell what you coniser thin, for all i know u could be a 250lb monster lol
