Pec Inject.

Did some research and decided to spot inject the left pec today...

Spot injects.

Thus far it has been the left..

Deltoid.

Bicep.

Today was the pec.

1/2 CC Sust, 1/2 CC Deca.

23 G 1.5" Pin. Penetrated pin and inserted just short of 1/2 way. Pain was a little more than the deltoid and about the same as the bicep (when inserting pin).

Aspirated (no blood), injected sllllooooowwwwllly. Let pin sit in muscle after injection for approximately 15 seconds. Withdrew pin and swabbed with alcohol soaked cotton balls. Bled just a little and fluid rejection was just a bit.

It wasn't too bad. I think the bicep inject was actually worse. I am gonna hit the tricep next, and then back to the delt.

Its official........ Im a big puss........ no way in hell would I ever try that........ well, not because Im like scared or anything.. ha ha ha..oh please...its just, well, um.. my pecs are just too muscular...... I wouldn't want to bend the needle........ yeah, thats what I was going to say...
