good god am I going to have to swallow alot of those things.
I found it on the shelve under panteothenic acid, it was not in with all the other B vitamins, it was on a shelve next to them possibly it just didn't fit who knows.
On the back it says its derived from d-calcium something or another. Was thinking hmm is they B5 or just a similar named thing, though the description said it was part of the Vitamin B family so its the right stuff, confusing at first though. I'm probably only going to take around 3g a day. I can kinda just pop the things like candy, when ever I walk by pop a few considering 15 of them is only 3g and people take way more than that in a day. Other thing is, 200mg is labeled as 2,000 percent the daily need, holyshit we are taking in alot compared to what we are "supposed" to need.
